18ct Gold turquoise and pearl ring

A good ring, in premium quality 18ct gold and set with turquoise and pearls.
It bears hallmarks on the inside of the ring, including the precious mark for 18 carat. The date letter is a little too rubbed to read with any clarity.
It is size "M" or 17 US.
