  This is so redolent of its era, the 1970s. I can't help but wonder who this glamorous, pretty girl is, in her floppy red hat and with the long knotted string of pearls. Gorgeous and sexy. I love it. And look at the ring on her wedding finger. A mixed media pastel and watercolour portrait, signed by J Fallon and dated '73.
   Framed in a generous black cushion frame, measuring 57cms wide and 80 tall, the image size is 43 cms wide and 53 tall. The image is double mounted and the frame has a silver slip.
   I know nothing about the sitter or the artist and just fell in love with it as a decorative piece.
