A very rare and rather special knife, designed by the famous David Andersen company of Oslo, Norway. The sleek black leather case is dressed with 925 silver mounts (sterling silver) and bears the hallmark for the 1925 - present day hallmark for the company. The leather case includes a belt loop on the reverse.
The knife may have been designed as a presentation piece, and the silver has been left plain to allow it to be engraved with a suitable message
The 10cm blade is steel, the handle birch and the case leather and silver, as above. Out of the case, the knife is about 21cms long, in the case about 23cms.
A superb knife, in excellent condition with only one small dent to one of the silver mounts, clearly seen in the images.
Given the sensitive nature of this item and the almost universal ban on sending knives in the post, this item is collect (from shop) or courier only
