This ewer is signed by its designer, Vicky Lovatt, fully marked for Moorcroft, dated for 2012 and numbered 75. It comes from the edition produced for the MOORCROFT COLLECTORS CLUB, and this one is number 75 in that year.
The design harks back to Moorcroft's original or early designs, and the shape of the ewer itself is extremely elegant.
The condition of this piece is very fine. It is free of marks, scratches, nibbles or any blemish. The colours are rich and strong and it's hard to believe it isn't fresh out of the factory.
A stunning piece that could be used as a narrow vase, or simply on display where its gorgeous reds, blues and greens catch the eye wherever it is shown. A delight!
