This set of three apothecary or pharmacy jars are of very good quality, issued by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and each bearing the crest in worn but still legible gilt. These are 'pouring' jars, with a removable spout that fits like a decanter stopper, and each is covered with an evaporation lid. Please see the images which show the jars assembled and dis-assembled too. The jars are in overall fine condition, and this is reflected in the shield shaped labels, which sit in fine condition within their matching recesses.
The jars are made from moulded glass, and stand out, because of their pourers, their lids, and their condition: they would make a great display in a cabinet, in a window, or in a bathroom (hand wash, shower gel etc?).
They are free of damage, and in fine usable display condition. One pourer seems to have a little chip, but this could equally be a manufacturing fault and doesn't affect it.
Note: The gold, black, and red labels reading OL: TRITIC: GERM: (Wheat Germ Oil), OL: PALM: NUCL: (Palm Kernel Oil), and OL: RICIN: (Castor Oil).
This great set of jars is available to view and buy in the shop, or you can purchase it immediately using the 'Add to basket' button above. It will include the box as shown.
The price includes FREE UK (Mainland) DELIVERY. For other destinations, standard delivery will require a modest amount, added at checkout, to cover the extra costs involved.
