Code: 3150arw
Dimensions:
A muscular early 20th Century giltwood and composition picture frame. This decorative antique frame features moulded details and would make a great home for a painting, or as a mirror.
There is a little damage, in that some of the moulded balls have been knocked off (see photo) as has a little of the frame edge on the back section. To be fair this frame is elderly and the little bits of wear and tear suit it and give added authenticity, if you are seeking an aged look.
And if you are then this is classic interior styling, perfect for a home decorator seeking quality vintage gilt frames with strong appeal. It would also be a useful frame for any art dealer or someone looking to create a mirror.
The measurements above are approximate and the outside dimensions. The inside, or size of picture/glass it will take are approx max 82 cms x 46 cms
On view in the shop, together with a good range of vintage and antique frames in a variety of sizes.
