18ct gold, ruby and diamond ring, size L

A really pretty ring, formed in 18ct gold and with a pair of rubies set outside a central diamond. When seen together like this they stand for eternal love and enduring strength. It is a real eye-catcher; such a gorgeous mix of colours and sparkle.
Size is L, or 6 US, 16.5mm.
It is late Victorian, around 1890, nicely marked and made by Henry Williamson, and designed in the style sometimes referred to as a gypsy ring
