A really good and popular classic Georg Jensen sterling silver brooch, design number 256, a kneeling deer. This encapsulates Jensen: Scandinavian simplicity, grace and movement set in natural themes.
The condition is excellent, and the strong pin is held in place by a roll-over barrel clasp. It is fully marked on the back with the 1945 Jensen mark. It does not carry import marks and may therefore have been purchased in Denmark.
